CLASSES OF MEMBERSHIP

Cedarhill offers a variety of membership options for individuals, families and businesses. The following classes of membership are available subject to the qualifications and conditions indicated for each.
Full Membership
Full golf and social privileges for adults over the age of 30. This membership requires payment of a one-time initiation fee and an annual membership fee.
Privileges & Benefits:
- Golf 7 days per week
- 5 days in advance tee time bookings
- Eligible to participate in club tournaments, leagues and social events
- Consideration for appointment to the Club Executive or its committees
Weekday Membership
Weekday golf and full social privileges for adults over the age of 30. This membership requires payment of a one-time initiation fee and an annual membership fee.
Privileges & Benefits:
- Golf 5 days per week (Monday to Friday inclusive)
- 5 days in advance tee time bookings
- Participation in club tournaments, leagues (on weekdays only) and social events
- Consideration for appointment to the Club Executive or its committees
Couple Membership
Full or weekday golf and full social privileges for adults over the age of 30 who live together in a spousal or spousal-like relationship. This membership requires payment of a one-time initiation fee and an annual membership fee.
Privileges & Benefits:
- Golf 7 days or 5 days per week (Monday to Friday inclusive) depending on membership class selected
- 5 days in advance tee time bookings
- Participation in club tournaments, leagues (on weekdays only for weekday members) and social events
- Consideration for appointment to the Club Executive or its committees
Family Membership
(couple + a minimum of one other family member)
Full golf and social privileges for adults over the age of 30 who live together in a spousal or spousal-like relationship. Your children enjoy all the benefits relevant to the membership categories covering their age group including entry into the club’s Junior Golf Program.
Privileges & Benefits:
- Golf 7 days per week
- 5 days in advance tee time bookings
- Participation in club tournaments, leagues and social events
- Consideration for appointment to the Club Executive and its committees
Business Class Membership
Full or weekday golf and social privileges restricted to employees of business and professional firms. This membership requires payment of a one-time corporate initiation fee by the firm and lesser initiation fees for each additional member who must be employees of the same firm. At least one employee of the firm must be a full member and all members must pay an annual membership fee.

- Golf 7 days or 5 days per week (Monday to Friday inclusive) depending on membership class selected
- 5 days in advance tee time bookings
- Participation in club tournaments, leagues (on weekdays only for weekday members) and social events
- Consideration for appointment to the Club Executive or its committees
Intermediate Membership
Full golf and social privileges for adults between the ages of 19 and 30 as of September 30th of the year of membership. This membership requires payment of an annual membership fee. An Intermediate Member automatically becomes an Initiated Full Member upon expiry of the Intermediate classification.

- Golf 7 days per week
- 5 days in advance tee time bookings
- Eligible to participate in club tournaments, leagues and social events
- Consideration for appointment to the Club Executive or its committees
Social Membership
Full social privileges and the ability to golf as a green fee player. This membership requires payment of an annual membership fee. Dependants of Social Members are permitted to be Student, Junior, Juvenile or Bantam Members upon payment of the applicable annual membership fee and as space permits.
Student Membership
Full golf and social privileges for a person between the ages of 19 and 23 as of September 30th of the year of membership, who is a dependant of a member and is enrolled full-time in University, College or an approved post-secondary institution. This membership requires payment of an annual membership fee.
Junior Membership
Restricted golf privileges for a person between the ages of 17 and 18 as of September 30th of the year of membership and who is a dependant of a member. This membership requires payment of an annual membership fee.
Juvenile Membership
Restricted golf privileges for a person between the ages of 14 and 16 as of September 30th of the year of membership and who is a dependant of a member. This membership requires payment of an annual membership fee.
Bantam Membership
Restricted golf privileges for a person between the ages of 8 and 13 as of September 30th of the year of membership and who is a dependant of a member. This membership requires payment of an annual membership fee.
Memberships are subject to applicable annual assessments and fees established by Cedarhill and all members in good standing have the right to renew their membership in accordance with the membership classes designated annually by Cedarhill. Should a member fail to renew their membership through payment of the annual assessment by the prescribed due date (s) and have not made arrangements with the club to maintain a membership in one form or another, they will risk loss of their initiated status. Members not wishing to renew their membership are asked to advise the Club accordingly, in writing, by the 31st of January.
